As part of your Will you appoint at least one executor. Your executor is responsible for administering and distributing the assets of the estate to the beneficiaries in accordance with the Will.

You can leave gifts to loved ones or charities of your choice. These gifts are deducted from your estate before it is divided amongst your beneficiaries.
6. Dividing Your Estate
In this section you will nominate your beneficiaries, along with the percentage of your estate they will receive when you die.
7. Final Wishes
It's important to outline your funeral wishes, along with any explicit requests you would like executed after you die.
